 Post subject: Why need to restart application pool or iis on exception

Whe are developing with nHibernate 1.2.1, and in the production server when an exception occurs all the application goes down causing the need to restart the app pool or even iis. How to prevent that even if an exception occurs?

That's weird .. never happened to me. Is the exception happening in another thread ?
