I'm currently a new Hibernate user. I was wondering if NHibernate supports annotations? I see the Java version does support it but not sure if the .NET version supports it as well. I looked at the 2.0 road map and couldn't find it there either. Can someone please let me know I need to apply a patch for this and related docs in that case or if it is yet to be supported and a futher version when this would happen?

Thanks,
Anand

Hi,

There isn't such thing like JPA in the .Net world, but NHibernate has NHibernate.Mapping.Attributes:
http://www.hibernate.org/hib_docs/nhibe ... butes.html

Use attributes to generate xml, and then configurate the SessionFactory. All automatically.
