Is Jira Down?

I've found a bug I'd like to submit, but I can't get to jira... Can someone confirm this?

Michael Third, our JIRA maintainer, is currently moving it to a new server, it should come up again in a week or so.

It's been down over 2 weeks, just wondering if it's likely to be back online any time soon?
