 Post subject: connection to website

i have program and database on localhost, now i need to transfer data from my localhost database to the web database(mysql), i very confuse how to setting the config connection to target web server:

<add key="hibernate.connection.connection_string"
value="Server="i dont know what value to put in here?" ;Database=dbName; UID=UserName;PWD=MyPass"/>

if my webside name is www.blablabla.com,,, do i need web server to(apache or iis) to connect to website




SORRY THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED.. CASE CLOSED :)
