SQL not output for MultiCriteria

Even though I set hibernate.show_sql to true and enabled the NHibernate.SQL logger to ALL, the sql is still not output for MultiCriterias.

<logger name="NHibernate.SQL">
<level value="ALL" />
</logger>

Is this a bug? I'll create a JIRA item if it is

Assuming everything else in your log4net configuration is done correctly, change "NHibernate.SQL" to just "NHibernate", and change the log level to "DEBUG".
