THis is a real newbie question.

Is there a how-to on deploying nhibernate to the GAC?

I opened the nHiberate-2.0 project, and I can't even find the assemlby.cs to add the strong key, etc.

I have a feeling this is documented somewhere, I can't find it.

The assembly.cs is generated when you run nant. There is a "sample build commands.txt" at the same directory as default.build; it has some sample commands for building with nant. Failing that, you can always examine default.build and figure out the nant target you should use.
