 Post subject: Implicit ploymorphism is not working

Following polymorphic HQL is not working. Can any of you help me in resolving the issue?

string sql = "From IEmployee emp";
IQuery nHibernateQuery = session.CreateQuery(sql); ;
IList list = nHibernateQuery.List();


i get the following error

in expected: emp [From IEmployee emp]
