I have a class that contains a property that requires a formula to calculate. The value is obtained using some expensive SQL. I can obtain the correct data using this method but I only use it occasionally. Therefore I want to lazy load the property. But of course this does not appear to be an option on a property.

I am sure that there are alternate approaches that would meet my needs. Does anyone have any suggestions?
