Check out the NHibernate templates for the MyGeneration (www.mygenerationsoftware.com) code generator. It's the first workable code generator I've seen that can cope with Oracle.

I've also tried the Hibernate plug-in mentioned in the forums. It looks good but does not work with Oracle.
