Force Dialect to create foreign key on table creation

Hi all,

Is there a way to force Dialect to create a foreign key when the table is being created instead of doing it after it is created?

I am starting using SharpHSQL database and wrote my own driver and dialect but it seems that the database does not support alterring the table in the way NH does it...

Quick view on code and I discoverred that it is not possible. Please fix me if it's not true :(

Then the next question is whether it is possible to add such feature so NH creates any constraints yet during table creation?
