What's the best way (if there is any) to use 2 different NHibernate versions (DLLs) in a single web application?

Our application references to a third party DLL, which requires version 1.02 of nhibernate.dll.
We want to use the latest (1.2 beta) version of NHibernate in our application.

Just found a solution:
Put both nhibernate.dlls (different strong name) in the Global Assembly Cache and delete them in the bin directory of the application.
