 Post subject: circular relationship mapping

Hi,

I have the following relationship between two objects:
Step - Transition - one-to-many relationship
Transition - Step - one-to-one relationship
This means that a Step has one or many transitions and for each curent step each transition there must be a nextStep.

Can this mapping be done without inheritance(CurrentStep and NextStep inherits Step)?
