hi all,

i have a performance problem that i need help resolving and i
don't have the option to move to the latest release. the problem
that i have is that the mssql2000dialect for 0.8 doesn't support
the limit feature ( select top n ). i looked at the source for the
latest version and it does support this performance critical
optimization through query.SetMaxResults.

i'm looking for options on how to best incorporate this functionality
into the 0.8 release. if anyone could provide some assistance
it would be very appreciated.

couple of changes to the loader and the dialect and all works fine now. if anyone is out there and has this same problem i'd be happy to share the
solution.
