Im sure theres an obvious answer but what would be the most likely cause of an entity unknown exception to be thrown when I have studied the hbm.xml mapping file for way toooo long AND I can see the Class which is the supposed unknown entity?
By the way I have written 24 other classes and xml files to suit and no problems except just this one case.
THe Entity file in error is made up of two fields and uses a composite key for the pk(Ive got composite-keys working well in other tables). Also the namespace is set exactly as others in the same package.
Anyone got suggestions of what things you would check?

do you use embeded resources? did you check if the mapping file is set as "embeded resource" ?

Change log4net level to DEBUG and read the content of "log.txt" to see whether your mapping is read.
If not, then find out why (is it embedded? are you calling the right cfg.AddXXX()?)
