Hi All,

I'm new to NHibernate.
I read some articles regarding NHibernate in theserverside.com.
According to those articles and questions I found in forums it seems that a major problem in NHibernate is that when using lazy initialization of collection, the session thru which the object was readed must remain open. Is this still true in the present version of NHibernate? Is there some well accepted paradigms to overcome this problem while retaining the separation between logic and database access?

Thanks alot
Dror

Yes, the session must remain open.

You may read: Winform lazy loading with seperate data layer and ASP.NET and NHibernate session
