Changes include:
- support for one-to-many foreign key mappings
- null value checks in setter properties for columns that do not allow nulls.
- can generate a constructor with all required (non-null) fields as parameters
- changed some inline render blocks to output.write() statements, 'cause I have trouble reading the render blocks. :-)
