I have a nice question.

How can I write a HQL query with left join fetch, that retrieves
a collection of object that are in the same class hierarchy?

For example I have the following classes:

abstract class Event
{
Date
}

class Alert : Event
{
Signals
}

class NewMail : Event
{
Words
}

And I would like to retrieve all objects of classes derieved from
Event with Date>'2005-10-10'.
And want to retrieve all collections Signals and Words in the same query.

Can I do that?
