How enable log sql for NHibernate.Examples ?

I find log4net dont work for src\NHibernate.Examples in rc-2.
The app.config seems old. I copy the segment form src\NHibernate.Test\app.config. but it don't work.
How to enable log sql for NHibernate.Examples ?

I have add log4net.Config.XmlConfigurator.Configure();
But still dont work.
