Post subject: Named Sql query support
PostPosted: Tue Aug 30, 2005 3:55 am
The release notes for build 0.9 state the named sql query support was added. Can somebody please explain what this means to me?

I thought that it meant that direct sql queries were supported but I have read on this forum that calling stored procedures was not supported. So I guess I'm a little confused. It seems important that direct sql queries and sprocs should be allowed for the circumstances that hql does not support.

Thanks for any help.
