 Post subject: SqlCe40Dialect with Linq Skip/Take

GetLimitString is throwing "Dialect does not support variable limits." when using the Linq expression ".OrderBy(x => x.Name).Skip(paging.SkipCount).Take(paging.PageSize)".

After having a look at the source it appears that the Ce40 dialect should be able to handle limits, just not as parameters, is there a reason why it has to use variable limits for this expression?
