 Post subject: Second level caching in web farms

I wanted to make a contribution a long, long time ago regarding a file dependency-based caching solution (somewhat similar to SysCache2), and I just posted it here:

If anybody is interested in this, please take it, rip it apart (conceptually that is :) ), or improve it, but I'm hoping it can still be useful.
