 Post subject: SaveOrUpdateEvent Entry question

I have a quick question because I'm not sure how it works 100%.

Will the SaveOrUpdateEvent.Entry property always be populated if the transaction is an update, and always be null if it is a Save?
It seems like this is the behavior that I am getting, but I'm not sure if this is always the case and don't want to write assumptive code!
