Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein bestehendes Mapping mit dem ich weiterarbeite..

Code:
<many-to-one
     name="bla"
     class="de.data.Bla"
     column="XXX"
     cascade="save-update"
     outer-join="true"/>      


Was beutet in diesem Fall cascade="save-update" ?

wenn du direkt nach dem Begriff im Referenz-Handbuch suchst, wirst eigentlich wirklich schnell fündig.

cascade bedeutet im Grunde genommen soviel wie, das alle Operationen auf dem Objekt auch auf assozierte vorgenommen werden.
