 Post subject: findByCriteria results in many identical objects

Dear users,

i have a problem regarding the findbycriteria method.
(it includes a join over several tables)

The result list is filled with several identical objects (hash is the same @ debug)

Is it possible to eleminate these without using the resulttransformer ?

The object itself contains an equals,compareTo and a hashCode function.
My thoughts were, that there has to be an equal method for this. But all objects have one ...
