 Post subject: Problem with the date format

Hi,


I have faced one problem based on date in hibernate. I got date from user like 2009-11-10,

but in my database is in datetime format ie (2009-11-10 14:37:22).
how can I used to check using hibernate restrictions? ie only using date value. not datetime
