 Post subject: Variable One-to-One Relationship with Unique Primary Key

I am facing a problem with hibernate while implementing one to one mapping .

My scenario is like below diagram :

Here I have foreign key C_ID column of Employee table maps to unique primary key of two different tables EMAIL and PHONE.

Unique primary key – I am using joint sequence for both EMAIL and PHONE tables.

Could some one help me how to implement this scenario using HIBERNATE.
