How to validate using hibennate validators that entered two passwors are matched ?
can we customize the validators?

when using the existing old hibernate validator, than as far as i know there is no cross-field validator.

i would suggest you to read this excellent article about hibernate validation
and the new jsr 303 validation which comes up for hibernate also:

you should be able to use the validation conditions to check if your 2 properties are equal or not.
