 Post subject: performance degraded with 10g

Hello
I migrate my DB to oracle 10g from 9i.
I did load testing and found that application is perfromance is better in 9i.

I have update driver to 10g sopecific and still performance in 9i is better.

I try to use connection pool but no change in result.

Please suggest me what are other changes I have to do .
There is no change in application code is done while testing in 9i and 10g
and 9i and 10g have same set of tables and data.
