Its possibile to execute a sql query of Statement or PreparedStatement that return a ResultSet with Hibernate?

That's not even using Hibernate. So if I were you I'd just make a Connection from the DataSource like normal

you can get the connection out of the Session, but that is deprecated and slated to be removed shortly.
