here is the context :

Tomcat 6

Hibernate version: 3.2.5.ga

Mysql 5.0

JDK 5.0 (1.5.0_14)


i would like to know what is the best configuration for a production environnement, i mean what the contents of tomcat server.xml file, webapplication context.xml file, hibernate.cfg.xml file.

i have an idea but i would to know what's the best practice for a PRODUCTION environment.

i hearded about c3p0, any idea.
