I am getting unique constraint violation - SQL State 2300
This error is comming on saving a record or during a transaction.
This error is occuring very frequently during a day.
IF i stop the server and restart , this problem does not occur for another couple of hours.

Please, can anybody give some solution.

The unique constraint violation come when you try to insert a duplicate value into a column that has been set as unique.

You may be inserting a duplicate value.
