Hi ,

I need help with Hibernate communication with Sybase. I'm trying to run a query on Sybase table, which has index on a non unique column. Instead of running the index scan, hibernate is trying to execute the table scan.

As it is a large table, it is not able to perform the table scan and throwing exceptions.

Is there any way to find out why is it trying to use table scan?
