While reading "hibernate in Action" Chapter4 Topic(Using Transitive Persistence in hibernate) i came across these lines

""Neither Hibernate nor other ORM solutions implement this form(pure form of persistence by reachability); there is no analog of the root persistent object in an SQL database and no persistent garbage collector that can detect unreferenced instances.""

Can anybody please tel me wot does this mean??
