Post subject: Criteria instance object problem

I have an entity inside another entity. But when i try to make an expression to grab the results based on the inner entity i get the following error.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: object is not an instance of declaring class

Code:

Criteria criteria = getSession().createCriteria(UserEnt.class);
criteria.add(Expression.eq("privilege", 3));

Privilege is an Entity and in the DB the column is privilege_id.

How can i fix this?
