 Post subject: hibernate Search String with special char gives an exception

Hi every one

I use the hibernate search in my project.
I use the StandardAnalyzer class for indexing and QueryParsing.

When some one try to search like
Quote:
SearchString *

or
Quote:
SearchString1 + SearchString2

it gives ParseException. how to handle this exception.
And also I need to provide the same search result when the search string is in the form of plural.

How to do that any one help me...
