I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask for advice, but here it goes...I apologize in advance if this isn't the proper forum.

My name is Chris Cox and I work for Intuit. We are searching for a very unique Performance Engineer. One who can preferrably tune Hibernate. Other skills that are required are Advanced Performance Experience (tools, etc), J2EE, and Oracle tuning.

Does anyone know if these people even exist and where might they be? (User groups, companies, online networking groups, etc?)

Your input is greatly appreicated.
