Hi,

I running strut application on tomcat. I am using hibernate to access postgres database. I am using YourKit Java profiler. My application is very data intensive. I am using OScache. I am also cacheing entities in hibernate hbm.xml files.
I have noticed hibernate is calling

org.hibernate.event.def.AbstractFlushingEventListener.flushEverythingToExecutions

on the startup when there is nothing in the cache and is taking 35 sec.

Anybody know how to avoid this flushing.

thanks,[/quote]
