Not able to retrieve data

Hi,

My problem is - 

I am trying to save a newly created object. It gets saved in the database. Now when i try to retrieve the above saved object using the select query then I am not getting the saved data. 

In case of SQL Server 2005 I am getting the data but in case of MySQL I am not getting the data.
