i m new user here
I have to make a response form in which there are 100 question.It is objective type.Choice will vary between 3 to 6 can you suggest any suitable site for my work where i have coding too.i want to make it with help of java, JSp page hibernate and MysqlPLz help

You need to use Struts to make this. Struts will simplify the transfer of data from a web form and your java container. To make your queries you can use hibernate.
documentation of Struts is strange. since your application is simple and typical for struts, try to follow some example.
