Hi all,

I am re-writing a legacy system that all the password are encrypted by DESKeySpec. I like Jasypt encryptor for hibernate but it is based on PBE. Therefore I would like to write something like Jasypt encryptor to encrypt/decrypt database password. Is it possible that I define a new type (TypeDef) to include my custom encryption? Can anyone give me some hints how to achieve it?

Thanks.
Wilson
