We need to prevent deploying of some entities depending on the information stored in the database.
For example, when a new version of application is deployed against an old DB schema (where some new tables are missing), deploy of entire application fails.
What we need (ideally) to be operational with entities that can be deployed, or (at least) politely say to the client that application is not operable and the reason why.
