I have a quesion about integrating hibernate project into other projects.

I have created a Hibernate project that contains dto with hibernate annotations and a mapping file and some dao´s.

I've put it in a jar and now I want to use it in other projects. It works fine but some questions arise.

My first project altso include a Wicket web application that uses the DAO classes. How will this affect the other application?

Can I use both applications without having to think about syncronization?

What if a dto changes and persists to the database while the other application, running in a different JVM gets the same hibernate loaded dto?

Isn't there anyone who has reused a hibernate project and integrated it in another project?

I've tried 4 questions on this forum and only one has been answered. Is there another hibernate forum that you recommend for faster answers?
