hibernate plug in for RAD

Hello,
Can any body suggest any good forward-engineering tool (generating hibernate mapping documents and configuration files from database schema) for hibernate 3.x (3.2 preferable) to use in Rational Application Developer 6/7, or Eclipse 3.2?
I did find that MyEclipse have some myHibernate features which does this, but this IDE does not fit my other purposes.
I would really appreciate any suggestion in this regard.

In this moment, I think that Exadel Studio Pro is the best choice for Eclipse.

tools.hibernate.org is the plugins MyEclipse and Exadel includes ;)

I'm curious - what are the other needs you don't get covered by MyEclipse ?
