 Post subject: How to update,delete multiple records

I can find methods update(), delete() in org.hibernate.Session but both methods take a single record as argument.

What if I want to make a select query and delete all the records fetched from selected query.. something like

"delete from table where age > 20 "

I do not prefer HQL but I prefer using Criteria, Projections.
