Use search and you find its been asked (and answered) many times.
The use of any database it dependent on the quality of the JDBC driver. This its just a simple issue of the dialect. Access option for JDBC drivers is limited. I suggest you use MSSQL instead.

hello david , i have been using mysql with hibernate , n i know with mssql,oracle too but a small requirement is there thats y iam so insisted on this topic , so help in this way ...
