can someone perhaps point out why hibernate is being crazy?

Caused by: org.hibernate.QueryException: could not resolve property: reimbursementInfos of: com.bsci.corpweb.datalayer.beans.ProcedureLocalContent [from com.bsci.corpweb.datalayer.beans.MedicalAreaLocalContent mlc where exists elements (mlc.procedureLocalContents.deviceLocalContents.reimbursementInfos[/i]) and mlc.startDate <= current_date and (mlc.endDate is null or mlc.endDate >=current_date)]

for some reason hibernate is looking for reimbursementInfos in ProcedureLocalContent bean, when in my query i specify that it is in deviceLocalContents[/i]
