Hibernate version:3.2.1

Database:MySQL 5.0.37-community-nt

Hi,
I`m trying to execute a MySql stored procedure using the following mapping
Code:
<hibernate-mapping>
   <sql-query name="test3" callable="true" >
       <return alias="feature" class="com.test.data.Test">
           <return-property name="name" column="name"/>
           <return-property name="value" column="value"/>
       </return>
       { ? = call test3(?) }
   </sql-query>
</hibernate-mapping>

The stored prcedure just returns a result set from a number of different tables.

When I execute this I get the exception below. As I understand it from the documentation I do not need to map this class in fact I can`t map this class as it is a result set of a number of different tables. Therefore is this a bug in hibernate or is there something wrong with my xml???

thanks

Darran

I`ve found a temporary work around which is to execute the stored procedure directly using native SQL

Code:
SQLQuery query = this.getHibernateTemplate().getSessionFactory().openSession().createSQLQuery("call Test()")
                      .addScalar("name", Hibernate.STRING)
                      .addScalar("value", Hibernate.STRING)

Obviously this makes the code less portable.
