I have a pojo and I use attribute lazy in the beginning of the pojo lazy="true".

I am using Hibernate 3. My pojo has 2 collections and I thought by defining lazy="true" in the beginning of the pojo it is considered that my collections will also be lazy. But I see in the corresponding hbm.xml that I have lazy="true" in tag class but then
in the tags of my collections I have lazy="false".

Any explanations or suggestions?
