HI I have made a small application using struts and hibernate,
and I am trying to save a record in the db I am using mysql for that,
the problem that i am facing is that I am getting the sql query on my tomcat console and every thing goes fine,but the data is not saved in the db,however
the auto increment counter is increasing every time.Whereas load is working fine when used instead of save for particular row.

Any help in context to this will be deeply welcomed.

may i know what kind of database r u using...

better use transaction and commit() method..
