Hi all,
What i want to do is, just transfer a bulk data from one table to another table which holds fewer columns than the first table.

How to do that, Plz help.

I would do this through a native SQL call and not use hibernate. Something like:

insert into table (col1, col2, col3) (select col1, col2, col3 from table2)

Definitely that's a way and also the best way.
But i just want to know is there any solution provided by hibenate or not.
